Welcome to the web pages of the Holly Lodge Tenants' and Leaseholders' Association.

The TLA represents the interests of the Residents of the mansions blocks in Oakeshott Avenue, Makepeace Avenue and Langbourne Avenue, whether they are Tenants of Camden Council or Leaseholders, having purchased long-term leases from Camden Council.

There is presently speculation regarding the proposal to set up an ALMO (Arms' Length Management Organisation) in Camden which would take over control of the housing stock and we would draw you attention to our pages on almos and the candidates who have put themselves forwards.

The TLA works in close co-operation with other Tenants' Associations within the borough as well as the District Management Committee, the Holly Lodge Community Centre and Estate Management Committee.

There are a number of bodies on the estate working in the interests of residents. These include the Holly Lodge Tenants' and Leaseholders' Association (The 'TLA') and its sub-committee The Leaseholder's Organisation (The 'LO'), The Holly Lodge Estate Management Committee (The 'Estate Committee') which deals with the Houses, roads and gardens at the top of the estate and the Holly Lodge Community Centre ('HLCC'), which operates two facilities on Makepeace and Oakeshott avenues. Camden Council is responsible for the fabric and letting of the flats and garages and the gardens in between.

In addition to documents such as the Constitution of the HLTLA and of the Leaseholders' sub-committee you will find ocassional postings of general interest and notices of meetings.

The Chair of the HLTLA is Alison Wheeler and of the Leaseholder sub-committee is Richard Molyneaux.

Mail for the HLTLA should be sent to hltla@hollylodgelondon.com
